The Superintendent will mainly be responsible for planning, organizing, supervising and coordinating work performed on construction sites and fields, including :
- Manage field crews and coordinate work force;
- Review and ensure project labor requirements are met;
- Plan and oversee field operational activities;
- Create project schedules and manage field resources;
- Complete site inspections and monitor progress;
- Supervise operations, ensure targets and quality protocols are achieved;
- Complete reports and required documents;
- Hold and attend meetings, both project specific and general;
- Promote safety and ensure program compliance;
- Coordinate project materials and tool/equipment management;
- Set team goals and promote operational success;
- Coordinate service calls and adapt to changes;
- Lead by example and foster company culture;
- Provide effective communication, both internal and external;
- Develop industry engagement.
