Fire protection systems offer building owners a feeling of safety and the comfort of knowing that their building is protected by a system designed in accordance with stringent fire protection standards that meet the various regulations in force.
When it comes to fire protection, our strong expertise knows no boundaries, be it for commercial, industrial or even residential projects. From the simplest to the most complex system, we install the best protection possible.
Whether for the protection of a new building or the upgrade to standards of an existing building, standards governing fire protection, in many cases, call for conventional sprinkler protection.
SOLUTIONS FOR ALL TYPES OF RISKS
We offer services that cover all aspects of the fire protection and design-build process, engaging the client at every step to ensure the best experience possible.
We have the solution for your project
Located in the heart of Calgary, the imposing Keynote project includes a 15-storey office building, a 26-storey residential tower, a 4-level parking garage and 2 floors of retail space. This project is LEED-certified.
Le Vistal Condos
The Vistal condominium complex includes two 25-storey towers and a private spa. Located on Nuns’ Island, the towers offer breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River and downtown Montreal. The Vistal project was carried out in two phases. Phase I had 160 units and was the first high-rise residential building in Montreal to be LEED Gold certified. Phase II is also aiming for the same green certification.
Throughout the project, we found that Viking was professional in their design and installation abilities. They worked well with our technicians and helped provide solutions to seamlessly integrate their suppression systems with our existing equipment. We have found them flexible and accommodating in their work as our site is semi-remote and full of sensitive equipment.Marc Germain, CBC / Radio-Canada
