Working as part of a team of fire protection professionals, you will help the company meet client expectations while supporting the overall profitability of the branch.
In collaboration with the Project Team, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating all activities related to project completion—from initial concept through installation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Project Team in ensuring adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Preparing all required documentation for successful project execution.
- Participating in regular project meetings and preparing meeting minutes, logs, and schedule updates as provided by the team.
- Creating charts, schedules, and other planning tools under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Supporting the Project Team with administrative tasks and processes.
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of all safety documentation.
- Helping monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and track contract changes.
- Collaborating closely with vendors and maintaining strong business partnerships.
- Managing, organizing, and maintaining all project correspondence.
