Reporting to the Operation Manager, the Superintendent will mainly be responsible for planning, organizing, supervising and coordinating work performed on construction sites and fields, including:
- Manage field crews and coordinate work force.
- Review and ensure project labor requirements are met.
- Plan and oversee field operational activities.
- Create project schedules and manage field resources.
- Complete site inspections and monitor progress.
- Supervise operations, ensure targets and quality protocols are achieved.
- Complete reports and required documents.
- Hold and attend meetings, both project specific and general.
- Promote safety and ensure program compliance.
- Coordinate project materials and tool/equipment management.
- Set team goals and promote operational success.
- Coordinate service calls and adapt to changes.
- Lead by example and foster company culture.
- Provide effective communication, both internal and external.
- Develop industry engagement.
