Our procurement team is growing!

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented procurement professional who’s ready to collaborate, innovate, and help build initiatives that truly make a difference.

In this role, you’ll be involved in exciting and strategic projects within the fire protection industry—a sector dedicated to saving lives and protecting property. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure end-to-end efficiency of procurement operations through accurate order placement and proactive follow-up
  • Review and analyze daily purchase orders to ensure compliance with negotiated agreements and purchasing terms
  • Support inventory management by ensuring adequate supply levels and product availability
  • Monitor and secure on-time delivery of parts in alignment with established lead times and operational requirements
  • Partner with the accounting team to support invoice processing and resolve pricing discrepancies
  • Streamline and optimize inter-warehouse transfer processes to improve logistics efficiency
  • Validate and confirm goods receipts across multiple systems (Reg, TZ, Shipper)

Succes Factors:

  • Post‑secondary Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Inventory Management, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of purchasing experience
  • Experience with an ERP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Methodical and well organized, with a strong focus on continuous improvement
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, showing rigor and initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
