Keynote Towers
Located in the heart of Calgary, the imposing Keynote project includes a 15-storey office building, a 26-storey residential tower, a 4-level parking garage and 2 floors of retail space. This project is LEED-certified.
Le Vistal Condos
The Vistal condominium complex includes two 25-storey towers and a private spa. Located on Nuns’ Island, the towers offer breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River and downtown Montreal. The Vistal project was carried out in two phases. Phase I had 160 units and was the first high-rise residential building in Montreal to be LEED Gold certified. Phase II is also aiming for the same green certification.
