Whether through unruly guest behaviour, accidents or equipment malfunction, hospitality and leisure facilities have a high fire risk. Minor mishaps can quickly become serious threats to your guests, property and business reputation.
An effective fire protection system is essential for all people-centred businesses, including hotels, restaurants, and leisure facilities. A swift and professional response to a fire incident can strengthen your reputation among guests, while an unprepared or uncoordinated approach can take years to recover from. Viking can help you choose the right path to ensure reliable, code-compliant fire protection for your facility.
A hotel or restaurant fire can be dangerous and overwhelming. What may start as a small incident, on a cooking appliance, in ductwork, or within equipment, can quickly escalate throughout an entire kitchen or service area. Depending on your layout and operational needs, Viking engineers can design, supply, and install a custom kitchen suppression system per NFPA96 standards, alongside a complete fire protection solution that delivers the highest level of safety, performance, and peace of mind for staff and guests alike.
