Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be the go‑to expert for inspecting, servicing, and troubleshooting our clients’ fire alarm systems.
Among other things, your responsibilities will be:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair sprinkler system issues
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks to ensure systems are operating as intended
- Modify existing sprinkler systems according to design specifications while ensuring full compliance with local, provincial, and national codes
- Identify root causes of system failures and apply corrective actions
- Prepare clear service reports and keep site files accurate and up to date
- Keep information fresh by updating site databases and maintaining accurate records
- Answer customer questions, explain work performed, and offer maintenance guidance
- Work safely and smartly, following all health and safety procedures and taking great care of tools and test equipment
- Respond to service calls on an 8‑week rotation
