SPRINKLER SYSTEMS

When it comes to fire protection, our strong expertise knows no boundaries, be it for commercial, industrial or even residential projects. From the simplest to the most complex system, we install the best protection possible.

Whether for the protection of a new building or the upgrade to standards of an existing building, standards governing fire protection, in many cases, call for conventional sprinkler protection.

wet pipe system

  • The wet pipe sprinkler system is without question the system that is the most frequently installed, and is an effective fire protection system.

dry pipe system

  • This type of sprinkler system is recommended for the protection of unheated spaces and areas that are subject to freezing temperatures.

deluge system

  • When the nature of the risk requires the automatic and simultaneous activation of all the sprinkler heads, our experts strongly recommend deluge systems.

preaction system

  • Preaction systems are specifically designed to provide controlled protection. These systems allow fast detection and extinguishing. This type of system is very often used for the protection of computer rooms. There are single interlock and double interlock preaction systems.

The National Fire Code of Canada and more and more insurance companies require the periodic inspection of existing systems, the results of which must be attested by an inspection report or certificate. Viking has renowned expertise in its field and rigorously inspects all installations in accordance with current standards (NFPA, ULC and National Building Code of Canada). Our qualified technicians are trained to provide a detailed report of the equipment's condition.
