Job Description

Your mission

Reporting to the District Manager, your main responsibility will be to coordinate all activities related to projects’ completion, from conception to installation.  Among other things, your responsibilities will be:

  • Plan and review the scope of the project;
  • Plan and sequence activities and resources to complete the project;
  • Develop schedules and proceed to time estimating/allocation;
  • Prepare all documentation required for the realization of the project;
  • Create charts and schedules;
  • Analyze and manage risks and issues;
  • Ensure all safety documentation is accurate;
  • Monitor and report projects progresses and track contract changes;
  • Work closely with vendors and do business partnering;
  • Ensure quality control during all activities;
  • Manage all project correspondence.

Your contribution

Working within a team of fire protection professional, your work will help the company to adequately meet his clients' expectations and ensure the profitability of the branch.


  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or college diploma in fire protection or building mechanics or civil engineering, or high school diploma and equivalent relevant experience;
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Proficiency in standards and codes governing the conception and installation of automatic fire protection systems (an asset);
  • Specific training in fire protection (an asset);
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Good knowledge of WHMIS.
