We are pleased to welcome Craig Ross to Viking Fire Protection as Regional Manager for Manitoba where he will be leading operations throughout the province. With more than 36 years of experience in the fire protection industry, Craig brings exceptional leadership, deep technical knowledge, and a longstanding commitment to advancing fire protection across Canada.
A Red Seal Certified Sprinkler System Installer since 1996, Craig has built an impressive career spanning large-scale project installations, inspections, service, estimating, project management, and field operations. His broad experience, including 14 years in the field, provides a practical perspective that complements his executive leadership background.
Throughout his career, Craig has played an active role in supporting and advancing the fire protection industry through association leadership and committee work.

His leadership training includes the Crestcom Leadership Management Development Program and graduation from the FMI Leadership Institute in Colorado Springs. He also holds multiple safety leadership certifications, reinforcing his strong focus on safety culture and operational excellence.
Craig joins Viking Fire Protection at an exciting time of continued growth. His extensive experience in operations, leadership, and industry collaboration will support our mission to deliver high-quality fire protection solutions and exceptional service to our customers.
His hands-on industry knowledge, combined with executive-level experience, makes him a valuable addition to our team and a strong resource for colleagues, customers, and partners alike.
Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and nearly all outdoor activities. A proud father of three and grandfather of eight, family remains at the center of what matters most to him.
