Ermine Power Station
Ermine Power Station is a natural gas fired facility owned by SaskPower near Kerrobert in Saskatchewan. Built to operate as a peaking plant, it supports the provincial grid during periods of high demand. The station strengthens local energy reliability by providing flexible generation capacity and modern infrastructure to the region.
Viking Fire Protection delivered complete fire protection services for this project. The work included the design, supply, and installation of the full fire alarm and releasing systems, along with four clean agent systems and one vortex water mist system. These systems were integrated to support safety, protect critical equipment, and meet applicable code requirements.
Ladore Generating Station
Ladore Generating Station is a hydroelectric facility that contributes to regional power production by converting the energy of moving water into electricity. Its operation supports local demand and adds dependable renewable generation to the surrounding area.
