Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be the go‑to expert for inspecting, servicing, and troubleshooting our clients’ fire alarm systems.
Among other things, your responsibilities will be:
- Complete annual or system inspections
- Install, verify, inspect, and repair fire alarm systems, including equipment setup and basic panel programming
- Perform system readings and functional checks to confirm everything is operating as intended
- Prepare clear service reports and keep site files and records accurate and up to date
- Recommend improvements and suggest changes that enhance system performance
- Answer customer questions, explain work performed, and offer guidance.
- Work safely and smartly, following all health and safety procedures and taking great care of tools and test equipment
- Respond to service calls on an 8‑week rotation
