Working within a team of fire protection professionals, your work will help the company adequately meet his clients’ expectations and ensure the profitability of the branch.

In collaboration with Project Managers, Estimators and Design, you will be mainly responsible to coordinate all activities related to projects’ completion from conception to installation for the Fire Suppression Division.  Among other things, your responsibilities will be to:

  • General office reception.  Receive, filter and assign calls as it relates to the fire suppression division and projects;
  • Plan and review the scope of the project;
  • Open projects in our internal software;
  • Prepare all documentation required for the realization of the project;
  • Manage all project correspondence;
  • Develop schedules and proceed to time estimating/allocation;
  • Plan and sequence activities.  Assign and schedule resources to complete the project;
  • Monitor and report projects progression and track contract changes;
  • Issue and match purchase orders, packing slips and invoices as it relates to projects;
  • Manage timesheets;
  • Prepare monthly invoicing.


If you are motivated, team-oriented individual who has the ability to multi-task, this position could offer the challenges you are looking for!

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in office and project coordination in a construction or consulting industry;
  • Strong computer skills and very good knowledge of Windows software;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Bilingual preferred (not required but considered a strong asset)
  • Experience in the construction field (an asset).
