Job Description

Your mission

 

Reporting to our fire extinguishers Coordinator, you will be mainly responsible for scheduling inspections and service calls:

>       Answer inquiries for emergency service or inspections;

>       Schedule, plan and coordinate visits to be made to our customers ;

>       Assign and coordinate service calls;

>       Prepare paperwork prior to inspections visits (worksheet, inspection reports, etc.);

>       Register all information in our in-house software.

 

 

Your contribution

 

Working within a team of fire protection professionals, your work will help the company to adequately meet his clients’ expectations and you will guarantee them the security of their fire systems.

 

Requirements

>       2-3 years of relevant experience;

>       Very good knowledge of Windows software;

>       Ability to understand rapidly customers’ needs;

>       Customer service oriented;

>       Ability to work under pressure.
